This notice explains how QSO Helper processes personal data. By verifying as a user or using the web panel, you acknowledge this is necessary to retain your membership.
Membership administration, verifying users, tracking quotas & patrols, managing LOAs and investigating unauthorized access. IP addresses are kept for security only.
These only include things such as your Discord oauth state, session authentication. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Membership data is kept while you are in QDF. After termination, records may be retained for operational history unless you request erasure. Your Login IP is stored on your web account until that account is deleted as part of erasure or normal account removal.
You may request erasure of your personal data by contacting Pre-Command (or a bot developer). A bot developer can fulfil the request via a command which anonymizes your database fields, removes stored IP (alongside text based content we hold( while also ending your membership. This CANNOT be undone. You may also contact a bot developer for access or correction requests.
